Show-Me Real Estate has the philosophy that our real estate business can flourish while at the same time maintain a high standard of values. There is no substitute for honesty, integrity, and good character. In other words it is not necessary to lie, steal or cheat to be successful in the real estate business.
Show-Me Real Estate has a marketing plan that is three pronged. The plan promotes the listed property, the company and the Realtor. We believe that the all three are interconnected and that to be effective and successful in marketing real estate we must promote all three.
Show-Me Real Estate believes that if a Realtor fails to be successful in the real estate business that a major part of the blame rests with the company. Show-Me Real Estate will make sure that the Realtor has all of the tools needed to be successful. The Company will provide in house training on an on going basis, provide advertising, provide professional business cards, name tag, stationary, envelopes, stamps, magnetic signs for your automobile, office equipment such as fax and copy machines, high speed internet and company paid errors and omissions insurance at no cost to the Realtor. Show-Me Real Estate will not say; here’s your desk, here’s your phone, you’re on your own. Many of our competitors do not share this concept.
Show-Me Real Estate provides our Realtors with a Business Plan tailored to meet the earning expectations of each Realtor. If you have an earnings goal Show-Me Real Estate has the Business Plan to help you reach that goal.
Show-Me Real Estate has a very competitive compensation program. The Company also, provides our sales team with additional incentives in the form of listing and sales contests. The company also has a plan to provide incentives to our sales team to purchase as much real estate as possible without paying the company a commission. Show-Me Real Estate realizes that compensation is what drives sales. Many of our competitors do not share this concept.
