Show-Me Real Estate will not say; here’s your desk, here’s your phone, you’re on your own. Many of our competitors do not share this concept.
Show-Me Real Estate provides our Realtors with a Business Plan tailored to meet the earning expectations of each Realtor. If you have an earnings goal Show-Me Real Estate has the Business Plan to help you reach that goal.
Show-Me Real Estate has a very competitive compensation program. The Company also, provides our sales team with additional incentives in the form of listing and sales contests. The company also has a plan to provide incentives to our sales team to purchase as much real estate as possible without paying the company a commission. Show-Me Real Estate realizes that compensation is what drives sales. Many of our competitors do not share this concept.
